For yall who did well on this Lt test, 80+, howd you do on your sgt exam ? I know there are different factors between tests but in general, if you did well on your sgt exam will you do well on the Lt exam if you maintain the same study habits ?

Anyone have any information on the contract for Lieutenants? I know the 12 hour tours/new work week but I was wondering if anyone has a tentative breakdown of the dollar amount and the contract years/steps. The word is the LBA agreed with the city but now it has to go out to the members for a vote.
