75+75+65=215 plus 1 added like you said. So 216 and they have about 10-11 passovers. I still think we will be at about list number 350-400 at end of 2024.

35 a month is correct. Vacancies=promotions. If we dont promote, we loose money

Well considering this rumored promotion is only 9 days away and there hasnt been any legitimate info one would have to believe that there is no class this month unfortunately.
