yes. Before promotion You go to 1pp to sign paperwork saying that You agree to the LBA contract and that You want to make more money and lose chart days *fodx*. So that when You get promoted, you are aware of the unions agreement.

but gaining 15K a year for starters, getting rank, getting opportunity to take the next one... and with 12 h tours, that chart looks even better. Keep your chart days.

Hopefully Finest Tuesday have not heard anything concrete yet. Have heard rumblings of them wanting to promote 400 LT his year which if they promote 75 back to back then they would certainly be on pace for it, rumor is to prepare for the 12 hour tours that Should be comimg. I personally dont see that happening as 400 is alot for one year I could see around 250-300 but this is the rumor if I get anything more concrete I will post
