The majortiy of the cops here hate the 12 Hr tours. It's great if you're in a slow command, but most of these are A houses.

 Academy and ceremonial are already notified that the promotion is Feb 23.  They were there rehearsing today and getting the chairs ready to be placed out.  This was around 1100-1200 today.
