I never heard of FOIL (other than tin foil) but I was reading the Lt exam thread and they were talking about submitting a FOIL to find out how many people took the exam and how many passed. I was wondering if this has been done for our Sgt exam??

For our sgt exam I thought all the makeup exams were done. Some people that were away for military are taking the exam on October 31. So there you have it. At this rate I don't think the list is coming out this year. There is an officer from PSA 9 taking the exam.

Looks like we have a tremendous amount of passers, mostly in the mid 80s to 90s. Which means we are looking at a long wait for the next lieutenants exam. How long do you guys think the wait will be?

All the Scrantons have been scanned and the preliminary results based on the proposed answer key has the pass rate at slightly below 8% of test-takers. Pls. remember that this is before any throw-outs/appeals so we anticipate this pass rate to climb.

I heard that the LOD/military make up test is at the end of the month. Is that the same test we took? Seems so ridiculous for people to be able to take the same exact test a full month after our protest session.
