I think Rising Star has the most confidence killing questions there are. No matter how much I review and study I am always getting them wrong. So frustrating! Anybody frustrated with Rising Star?

How is everyone doing with the studying? Elite Strategic Training seems to have difficult questions. I am waiting to see if Fast Track and KSA will have Cram Courses.

On the Department inter/intranet.........under "Finest Health" portion........once in Finest Health, utilize the "Events & Classes" tab.......then click the large "Captains exam Prep" icon.........I will be posting as I finish them. Week one is up....

Around 500 people filed for the 2010 exam and 400 for the 2012 exam. Anyone think the 200-250 new Lieutenants will bolster the number that will register for the upcoming exam or will it be in the same range? I'm still on the fence about it, but I feel like I have to try once.
