Does doing ot such as rdos and extended tours go towards your probation time. since days off and vaca add to probation, this should play into account!

I know the first year annually is 78,957 along with a 5 year longevity of 4830. But what is the shift differential for year 1? I'll have 8-8.5 years on when I get made.
