september 30th.......NO captains.......26 lieutenants

october 4th.......at least 50 sergeants

It is and for some reason this current BMOC is being doing an extra day also. I have no clue if the two are related or it's just a coincidence.

Promotion day for the current bmoc (Im in it) is scheduled for Monday, September 30th.. (Promotions are usually Thursdays or Fridays) So a Friday Bmoc start shouldn't surprise anyone (just an extra day).
