As of 10/12/14 57 total oct 4 nov 15 dec 11 the balance are 2015/2016 #'s Please keep in mind these #'s are not like they are for Lt's. There is no set number of Sgts the job needs.

Can screwed up entries, such as missing some things on your activity log (summonses, jobs etc.) hold someone up if they are sure to get a CD because of it ?

At what point do you hit the second step in pay? Since there are 5 steps but 4 years to top pay, when does the second increment hit. As per the bmoc presentation the pay scales are as follows: $79763 $79984 $80147 $81326 $98072 So we hit the first step 79763 when we get promoted. Whens the next step?

When this list first started the first class was in may, I think it consisteed of 89 people. Why is it for the last 12 months or so the classes have only been about 55 max?
