Not at all. They did it for me when i was in a december BMOC. With all the holidays at this time its just easier to make them a week earlier. Graduating them on december 26 is just administrative now.

The way this list is dragging is ridicoulous. The worst part is that this dept doesnt care, it makes no.difference to them how long the wait us as long as they got a pool to choose from. This list could go on till the end of next year at this rate.

I dunno about mid 2015. At this rate, I'd say this list won't be done until August 2015 at the earliest although I could see it stretching into October. Don't know why they're promoting so slowly considering they said they wanted a better cop to boss ratio.
