Does anyone know if you pic ur pics now as a cop if they will carry over when u get promoted? Or will you have to pick all over again with the sergeants in ur command

You have to pick again. They may honor a few picks based on needs of the command or if you really need it but you arent walking in the door with 5 A picks and expect to take them.
