What a load off! My last ever promo exam. Glad to never have to do that again. I did way better than I thought I would, so thanks to the Key and Rising Star for that! I don't think I'd have gotten this score without them. I definitely recognized a few questions right from the RS course!!! While I'm not looking forward to the eventual pay cut and lack of stability that comes with the rank, I'm glad this is behind me and now I'll have that promotion as an option should I choose to take it. Now...when is it gonna be established?!?! lol.

Well hallelujah! I just woke up from my celebratory hangover that I never have to put myself through another promotional exam! 2nd time at captain exam was a charm. Scored an 84 which seems to be way high compared to what I'm hearing. To be fair, I'm in a gig where I had study time and I pushed myself (sometimes against my will) to make sure I never have to do this again. I hope I don't regret the rank....Thanks to the Key and major kudos to Rising Star and their new LMS. I already knew their questions were great, but the feedback the system gave me had me laser focused on where I was weak. Good luck everyone, hopefully theres a lot of toss outs for those on the cusp. Going back to drink some more......
