Lets say someone returns to work this Friday and they are to be promoted on Monday.

Does admin change their RDOs to Saturday and Sunday to avoid working 8 days in a row (Friday to next Friday)?

 What do you mean returns to work on a friday.. from what?  Sick / vacation/ rdo?

 

You can only benefit from a chart change not suffer..

 No. Admin isnt supposed to chart change you because anything can happen and promotions are cancelled. They should give you Sunday off, even Saturday, but we know thats not going to happen late in August. Also, PA is supposed to handle the chart change even if it means you get Thur-Sun. Hope this helps.
