Had a few friends in the last BMOC saying that they were told any number below 3000 is good to go before this list is up. can anyone confirm?

It So theres a chart going around that shows a regular BMOC of 75 per class. Not saying numbers will be the same for each class . Some more , maybe some less. If they promote more in each class numbers can fluctuate. Based on test being given in Feb 27 , looks like right around 3,000ish. Again , based on retirements , resignations and lateral movements, look for more promotions. IMG_3026.jpeg
