This will be a huge exam ... cops hired in 2024 will be eligible. I think it will be very competitive with lots of first time takers. What does everyone think?

Definitely more buzz in the air than last time if I recall. Back then there was no MFF, gigs remained gigs with less nonsense, etc. so cops in good spots were less inclined to boss up. Plus less eligible takers in general than now. This time it just seems like every PO I talk to with less than 15 years is ready to go hard. I do think it will be competitive and another huge list. For your sake, hopefully the job picks the right people to write it and it's a fair one....
