Not confirmed but I heard the size of the class last month was affected by the storm the Sunday prior and could be waiting to see how tomorrow shakes out for Friday

 So 152 -30 ( promoted to LT) = 122

then 122 + plus 10 ( LTs promoted to captains) = 132

so 132 going into March
