Anyone know someone who was demoted and got their rank back? How common is it for someone to get repromoted ?

 I know someone that was demoted and was promoted years later after retaking the test. You basically start all over

You have to go to CARB to right ? Which is a big dog a pony show. and I would imagine it sets you back years if your goal is to be a Capt or above

The famous (infamous?) Jonathan Blatt

Was a lieutenant, was like #5 on the captains list, some things happened, demoted back to sergeant, now a lieutenant again off this test
