I was always told terminal doesnt count towards those numbers. In this case should be -100+ then.

Dont quote me though.

 The info on this forum has always been terminal is only taken into account for captains. Everyone else it doesnt matter

Im going to assume, when these 1,000 recruits graduate, itll start to pick up for both SGTs & especially LTs.

 A class of I believe around 600 graduates end of this month.  Then anther 1,000 July

 If youre referring to the 1000 hired in January, over 200 have quit/resigned.  I wouldnt assume anything.

600 at the end of the month, and even if 800 are left for end of June, its a significant amount to start raising these numbers.
