Hard to imagine that even close to a factual statement or an appropriate opinion consider a 1218 person list made it to 400+ after 1 year.

Sgt and Captain 100% getting cut...you think they are going to promote 280 captains in the next two years? Or 3000 sgts? Impossible.

The lts should be good, but it will take almost the full 4 years.

I posted this earlier. A lot of LTs have put their papers in the last 2-3 weeks but the effective retirement date is end of February. You wont see these guys reflect in the promotions until March. March it will pick up again
