Good news is that there will be October promotions. Civilan promotions and Chief of Transit are in the next one (October). Lets just hope therell be lieutenants.   Great time to be on the Sgt list, they are still down over 200 Sgts   

When I get the vacancies next week Ill post.

 Usually the Captains on terminal are the ones with years or months in the books. So essentially, they're burning their time and are on the books for X amount of time.

 

I'm guessing once you've been away from this job for 1-2 years, you don't want to come back to work 2 months regardless of the amount they are paying you.

I think most in this promotion group will be Passovers- SSA, SDS, and time in rank. This class wont really make a dent on the list.
