How can it be at 1064 when there was 2 passovers that were blue from 989 from June to the next 75 names on the updated sgt list?

Yes this is what I dont understand if the list was final and updated how is someone with a 1800 something list number getting called if they are only up to 1k.strange and Im sure will never know how.

I actually know him, He had a score recalculation, and got en email from DCAS giving him a new list number something like 1014A
