I have a new Xo at my command and while in Bmoc they were told there are captains getting promoted at the end of the month. How many i do not know.

I believe this will eventually happen as well. didnt think itd be so soon. But yes, its a Captains list. I expect it to slow down and some point.

There is going to major reshuffle after UNGA. As always some execs will drop papers.
Also, job is -41 in DI rank. There will be promos clearing way for another cpt bmocs

I agree. I hope you are wrong but look around.its a fiscal crisis. They will not just promote ..only if needed. The City will do more with less.

I dont think theyd put a Cpt class in without even letting the instructors and lecturers know at least two weeks in advance.

I did, that is the true count right now. 14 terminal .. we are at Minus 3 captains
