I'm not quite sure how the second part of your statement relates to the promotion, but the first part definitely makes sense about higherups getting moved around. No matter what it is, let's just stay positive and hope for the best since it's too early to speculate.

On the other note, DrPapi intel is normally on point and pretty accurate.
