You have to put a choice that says OTHER. Some people will click a random choice just to see the results which will skew the results.

You are going to have duplicate entries because people from the same command will vote multiple times.

duplicates are an issue if you are looking for a Total.

If you see 100 people with answer of 2

then that says the majority of people say 2 sergeants passed in their command.

not, 100 x 2 = 200. Im not doing Total # that passed. 

Nicole from the 115 says 7 passed.
if 7 more people from the 115pct say the same then the answer is still 7 people. Not 7 x 7 = 49. not looking for total.
