the 9 heroes changed the game. the cheat game has been substantially made harder. military and sabbath seekers used to all have captain bars it was an automatic promotion scam

i know a military makeup taker and hes not the sharpest tool in the shed and got an 80s

on his sgts test. Im sure it was the same test as the one in august

Will be interesting to see how this list moves going forward. All vacancies in the rank of captain are now closed. The budget only calls for about 380 Captains. There are a bit in the deputy inspector rank but they arent going to fill those in one shot so my prediction is normal movement now going forward.

Theres a lot of CO spots to be filled which would cause some DI to be made.

There are approximately 730 executives. 100+ vacancies in the rank of DI and above. Plus normal retirements. The executive rank doesnt stabilize until at least another 100 Captains are promoted regardless of vacancies. Should be 100 promoted the first year. Will see

This list WILL bottleneck AFTER 100 names.then things will go back to normal (40-60 a year). This is why I believe this list Ill DIE at 275. My best estimation.

Enough about the list dying it gets old. They just made 1300 Lts and 2600 . I have some intel that says within 1st 3 classes will be close to 100 captains made. Well we did 30 already. We possibly could get close to 150 within

The only reason they promoted 1300 LTs and 2600 Sgts is because we had Covid, which extended those lists. If we didn't have that extension, then both lists would have died. Thats just a fact. Will they promote this whole list, who knows. But almost 500 captains in the next four years is a lot of people to promote.

No question it is alot, but they were 100 short to Start from vacancies. This is a big deal. We may get close to 150 promoted within 1 year. We will see at end of the year how it stands.

275 at most and thats a stretch. Most Captains have less than 15 years on the job. Bottleneck is inevitable.
