For the 1000th time, the exam was NOT curved! There were just a ton of double answers/throwouts. The few of us who protested our asses off likely saved the careers of hundreds of future execs..we should be revered for our efforts to once again save the future of the department. We fought for every point! you will see your score once dcas updates your portal page, which will probably be months from now knowing them.

We can already confirm that some failing scores jumped legit passers? Fucking brutal.

Back in the 2015 Lt fiasco there were rumblings of a DCAS expert that did something funky with the list. Im guessing someone could foil dcas for that info. If there was some funny business, the entire list should be frozen until we get to the bottom of this. Just my two cents. Transparency is key..dcas upload the scores!

It appears the job wants this huge list because they want to preserve the older folks from retiring. The guys that make up the Lt pool these days are the last remaining group that understands the old and effective ways of fighting crime. By keeping them on a list, they might entice them to stick around. A ton of them were ready to close shop if they didnt make the list.

they want the Impact veterans to retire. We cost them too much.
as far as experience they dont give a shit. With broken criminal justice system that resembles revolving door, our experience means nothing

DRPapi is trying to be someone hes not and thats the real problem here. Anyone that has use this board for more than 5 years should remember the greatest poster weve ever had here, Brat914. Her word was gold here and here Intel was always on point. I think DRPapi means well but his Intel is suspect and when he has no Intel he simply goes with rumors of his own creation and imagination. I originally had a 69 and I'm list number 308... I also know a few others that were at a 69 and are in the 290s.

What do you mean by their people?! The Mayor and Deputy Mayor have more important issues to worry about than a NYPD captain exam buddy. And there was no curve for the 1000th. But i agree, DCAS needs to release the scores so all these tin foil hat conspiracy clowns like drpapi can be shutdown. If DCAS took it upon their own to do something funky with the grading of this exam then that should be revealed and there should be transparency! Please release the scores DCAS!

Release the list with scores so this can be put to bed. The outside agency the city has a contract with to scale these exams knows the truth.
