Its really not how it goes. Handle your desk & the ppl inside, and you wont get stupid CDs. Until you find trusting cops, distribute the CEW yourself. make sure the property person is on point, & check on your prisoners. I love this rank but I also know this isnt it though, one more promotion.

I have been watching the promos this year really closely. Hopefully I am 2 classes away. It seems like a lot of the good sources in this group have been promoted and are no longer privy to Intel.

Taketheday has been a good source and heard 100 Sgts on Sept 30th, lets hope that still holds true. My guess is Finest anytime between this Friday and Wednesday. This administration has been good with emailing the Finest a week prior, but remember with UNGA, things may be moving slower than usual. No need to start panicking until the middle of next week.

Makes sense. I dont think they want to lose cops for unga theyre already scrambling to fill these details, OT has been through the roof this quarter. UNGA is over on the 27th. Fingers crossed

if they have LTs in the promotion it would drop earlier because they have to send LTs to get pictures done

The last promotion in August got a full weeks notice. So if they follow that same timeline, for a September 30 promotion they could send out the Finest as early as tomorrow Friday September 23 (probably sometime late in the evening). However, I could see things move slower because of UNGA. So if not tomorrow, then anytime between Monday and Wednesday next week.

Hey so my source is saying 80-100 SGT now lol somewhere around that number and 30 LT for 09/30. I would assume with that range it will probably be closer to 80 SGT.

Uniform promotions told me today: We are looking at Sept 30 for promotions but it may change.

So its more than a rumor

With a the new person running the Commissioners Staff & change in Chief of Personnel, I was told moving forward this waiting for last minute to announce promotions are no more. Just like last promotion announced, moving forward, all promotions will be know up to a week in advance. It would be safe to say that Sept 30 happening, which it very well may, Finest should come down tomorrow or Monday. Hang tight.

I called promotions today I asked them if youre still allowed to attend if youre not vaccinated they say yes you can I also asked them how many tickets they said they stop that anybody could come and no mask required anymore
