Glad to see the Sgt Exam debacle made the news, but things are still unjust.

The power is in numbers, and we all know the power of social media.

This is when and where your "Twitter Fingers" come in to play. All social media platforms: (twitter/Facebook/etc) To: the Mayor, DCAS Commissioner, Inspector General (Commission of Investigation)

BOTTOM LINE: 

Person responsible for this mess.. DCAS Commissioner Dawn M. Pinnock and DCAS "Executive Team"

The Mayor needs to bring these people to the podium for answers.

There are power in numbers:
Voice your thoughts to the agency who is responsible.
Tag whoever you would like to make aware. i.e. The Mayor, City Hall, the Police Commissioner, News Outlets, etc.

DCAS made some good change for once. They moved 3pm session Captain Exam.
There were two sessions on one day.
Times were 8am and 3pm.
Times are now 8am and 1:30pm.
Sucks that it was at the expense of your Sgt's exam though.

Stay motivated and stay encouraged.
Goes to show if enough noise is made to the right people, in the right way, positive change can and will be made.
USE YOUR TWITTER FINGERS. DCAS social media pages, The Mayor, Cityhall, top brass in the department, news media outlets, etc,.
Never stop fighting the good fight and stand up for what you believe in.

In 2015, "9 Heros" banded together and made history. Came up with a law suit, went to media and since then, promotional exams the NYPD have been fair... Still hard, NOT EASY, but FAIR!

Less than 7 days until my exam. 

My work here is done, for now.
