Im with a lot of people here, they shouldve left the date alone in June. Now our summers will be ruined and its a slap for the people who have been going full throttle. Having the July class become eligible is meaningless compared to the other classes who just became eligible for this test.

Typical NYPDnot too long ago everyone was complaining because you didnt have enough time. Now complaining because you have extra time to study, dont have to study at such a fast past, another class is eligible and.OH MY GOD MY SUMMER IS RUINED

The people with 8 yrs now being eligible for their first test complaining about allowing the 3 year class becoming eligible so they arent in same boat you are now.

Stop complaining, be grateful the instructors are even helping, focus on studying, pace yourself and before you know it the test date will be here.

Im more annoyed that there is no definitive date. Do I have an extra month to study or an extra 2 days? Yes, possibly having a new eligible group means more competition but I just want to know how much time I have to devote to each section. Because right now there are parts I have to cut in order to focus on other, more important sections.

The same thing happen on the last exam. It was supposed to be October 2016 and was pushed to February 2017. Yes the push back made more ppl eligible but so what. Keep studying. Take the JST and run. The points will make the difference on a large exam. I was bumped up 213 names simply because I passed the run and JST.

Seeing how quickly the Captains list came out, it's not impossible. The list could come in February with the first promo before the LT exam. It's anyone's guess at this point; there doesn't seem to be any legimite intel on when the list will come.

yeah this is why I havent even bothered with openining a book. I think its unlikely we will make it on time so might aswell enjoy the holidays with the family.

I did both on different exams. I thought Elite was better, but either one is fine as long as you study. Go with whatever class schedule is better for you.

People say one school has better questions, but the way they wrote the questions this last round of exams completely changed. So they will all have to re-do their question formats.
