There seems to be a widespread shortage in all ranks within the dept. Atleast in precincts doubles and triples are becoming the new norm. Getting a day off is nearly impossible.

You guys need to relax. I got promoted last bmoc and so far I dont see any benefit to this rank. Granted its only been few weeks but its a ton of work everyday where I have to come in minimum half hour early and leave one hour late just to keep up with all this admin nonsense.
