No clue. As I have said numerous times promotions are not laid out months in advance. This promo was approved by city hall and at first was not approved in May Bc of that. So what planning would you like done when a planned promo cant get approved?

They didn't Promote the summer of 2020. There was promotions the the years before in the summer. Covid, the riots and other political issues most likely stopped promotions last summer. But we have to wait and see what happens.

They have had Sergeant classes promoted prior to the Labor Day detail in the past. Obviously last year was an anomaly for various reasons.
