That is the rumor. The rumor is to end the year 1,000 or more. That is the only way to achieve that.

Also great the department recieved an increase of 6.1million for fy2020 budget and its not a reduction.

With the Current Mentoring wrapping up on fri 10/4 and starting Bmoc on mon 10/7. Any idea of when the Oct Mentoring would start?

If its going to happen I would say oct 21 mentoring start but have not heard anything email should be out if it going to happen first two weeks of October

Yeah just my opinion and with only two tentative promotion dates it looks like they can do two rounds of mentoring along with promotions before end of year. One a November promotion and a december promotion.

Followed orders for past 2 weeks. Only 9 LTs and 2 Sgts retired.

If theres going to be a November promotion keep an eye out for mentoring emails for request for commands to go out towards the end of this week or end of next week. Theres 100% enough vacancies for another class before the end of the year. Not sure if theres enough for 2, however the rumor was for them to crack 1,000 and the only way to do that is 2 classes

Been slow is very relative because right now we r seeing the most movement weve seen so far. You see the most retirements in January and July. Also as Ive mentioned before theres a class coming up on 20 in February. I know a handful of guys retiring in the next few months.

I would imagine mentoring is gonna start Nov 4th, after 3weeks of that, Nov 25th Bmoc, 4 weeks of that Dec 20th promotions

I dont see more than one class of 80+ this year which will take the list to 960+

Yea let me reiterate... opening the new year with those numbers, not going into it. First quarter should hit around 1200 names, my prediction. I haven't been wrong yet.

100% agree. The list will be at about 1100 at the 2 year anniversary which is January.
