If they overlap and the 80 something go in, it will go up to 8880ish. If they continue on this path, mentoring October, November, and December, it will easily go to 1,000 or higher. I guess that's something positive to consider. The amount of vacancies is over 300.

Let the good times roll. This isnt going to last forever. They are overlapping with the 80s to get rid of the vacancies. Eventually theyll catch up. However as Ive said, theres a class coming up on 20 years in February which will give us another nice boost

An October class has already been confirmed (at this point) Bc of mentoring starting in September. I doubt theyll have a BMOC for both Nov and Dec Bc of the holidays. My guess is a BMOC for Nov, Dec off and start up again in Jan

They can still put mentoring and BMOC's in during the holiday months, remember, holidays mean nothing on this job.

Not promoting around the holidays is a myth I first heard when this list came out. However there was a December promotion last year. So there could be one, there may not be. But if there isnt a December promotion it has nothing to do with Christmas / New Years
