Why did some people get skipped for mentoring? Just noticed.

There were some that went to mentoring in the summer but didnt pass CARB. They were allowed to skip mentoring this time around. ALeo some females may be pregnant and not be able to do mentoring.

so months before you get called for mentoring or bmoc uniformed Promotions does the checks to see if your eligible to actually go in. they called my command and spoke to our ICO like 2-3 months ago for someone whos in mentoring now. They Asked our ico if they knew of any reason the person shouldnt be promoted. That number your asking about is just the number they checked up to. They always check Way passed the number of people actually going in.

Yes I saw it happen with the last class. If the CO/XO likes you, they can make it work. Or you just need some juice.

So can someone post the new list that you are referring to because on all the list I have it shows Camelo, Omar as list number 556. I do not have any other list but the ones here. Please PM me this new list if you have it, also who created this list. Is it from DCAS or did someone just create it on their own?

If you go on the Department intranet and click Personnel and then Documents, youll see the official Sgts List. Omar J. Camelo is listed as list #501.5.

At this point theres 3 separate lists. The original list that future auxiliary has up in this forum (which was the original official dcas list), then you got the official dcas list on the intranet (post jst point fiasco), and then the list that yanosik posted which is basically the second list with all the .5s taken out. I mean why would creating a list be a simple thing?
