Can any1 shed light on the current bmoc process for captains? Did they even have to go thru bmoc? If so, how long?

Not really true. They get the whole BMOC. Its broken up over a period of several months. It may be 4 days initially but you will be going back to the PA 1-2 days a week for a while. The job isnt going to forego the advanced leadership course, its a liability for them.

Just a heads up. I have a buddy in right now says its a two week bmoc in the academy. May be longer for future classes

For some reason #189 got promoted. Did his list number get revised? I find it hard to believe there are SO many pass overs.

Thank you! So only 20 people remaining on the list and 21 pass-overs (half of which, retired or wont get made). Meaning that around 30 potential UMOS can be promoted off this list. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to establish the new list before the end of this year.

24 passovers and I believe 9 of those have retired, so really only 15 passovers left.
