Yea thats the word from 1pp..but we shall see if it actually happens. With summer all-out and sergeants mentoring already going on...a LT mentoring program might be too much logistically for the good folks in OMAP to implement. Time will tell

No need for a Lt mentoring program. How hard is it to tell a sergeant to do it?

Is there a certain tone that only a seasoned Lt knows? A finger point and shimmy?

Doesnt make sense to me either. Not much of a difference bet sgt to Lt. But maybe the 1pp house mouses who havent been on patrol in awhile will benefit from it?

Lt mentoring is the biggest joke and fake news.

There only two differences between a Lt and a Sgt.
1. You can now supervise sgts.
2. You have a white shirt.
