Due to the recent air strikes, the server that held the list was destroyed. This was due to the departments policy on contracting out the lowest bidder. List backup is on a Russian server at the moment. Russian President Vladimir Putin stated, "Strikes will not go unpunished, I will be holding the list". List release is to be determined...
