When I checked today we were still at 82. I dont like to include terminal numbers because sometimes those guys come back (i.e., capt.insano). After the 50 officially get promoted tomorrow that number should drop down to 32. I still think the job will promote another 50 on june 29th but we wont know for sure until a couple of weeks.
I think dr.papi will be going into that second class..god help us all!

The terminal numbers should be going way up. 10 Lieutenants appeared at the pension section last week and submitted for service retirement.

Lmao. Yes god help us all, he has a shot at the next class. Frightening
Correct, as of 6/4 were at 81 and 26 on terminal, not counting todays promotions. However, the 2015 holdovers are accounted for in those numbers (I believe 7 or so?).

Thanks 63ASAP !! So after today, we'll be at 38 and 26 on terminal.

I keep hearing the bmoc guys are preparing for another class of approx 50 for the 29th as well. That info has stayed the same for a couple of weeks. I think its safe to say another similar class however the date could always change by a bit

The only reason I'm skeptical about that date is because that's been the info for the last couple weeks lol. No predictions on this board several weeks out ever seem to pan out!!

Lol true Especially about the list dropping bc communication between dcas and us sucks. However bmoc should be on point with their info now on bc the job lets them know in advance so they can properly prepare for the scheduling of the classes. I dont see much changing unless the PC has a conflict with the promotional date. If there is a conflict I dont see it changing by much... this part is my own thoughts

Any drastic updates Since the beginning of the month? Thx
As of July 16, there are no lieutenant vacancies (which includes allotment for LCD/LSA), as we are 3 over. There are an additional 41 on terminal leave, which is promising.

Any update on vacancies since cpt class is going in? Thx
Capt are getting promoted aug 31 so it will not reflect in lt vacancies. Heard October class which would indicate sept 28 promo. Figure 30 or so. Good luck and hopefully its sooner but doesnt look like it
As of August 16, there are 18 lieutenant vacancies (which includes allotment for LCD/LSA), and an additional 41 on terminal leave. This does not include the current group in captains BMOC.

Good news is that the majority of those terminal numbers will become vacancies on 8/31
