I just received my admissions notice and it doesn't mention the amount of questions. It states "approximately 6 hours" for the time of exam. I was wondering the same thing, is it going to be 100 questions or not. People said the last time the admissions notice stated it would be 130. Is there anyway to confirm either way?
The NOE for this test states that a detailed description of the multiple-choice test will be provided at a later date. Are they considering the admissions notice the description because if so it's not very detailed, lol. Maybe another letter is going to be sent?
Which test did you take ? Because if it was the 2013 Sgts exam they did NOT state that 130 questions will be on the exam on the NOE. They mentioned there will be research questions but the amount was unknown until the day of the exam.
For the 2013 Sgt exam they sent an email out after the admission notice stating research questions would be included. The last two exams, Lieutenant and Captain, indicated the exam would be 6:40 minutes because it was a 120 question exam. The admission notice for this upcoming Sgt exam indicated "approximately 6 hours." This means 100 question exam. It's confirmed! Use your energy to study for the next 13 days and not stress over the uncontrollable.
