Way too early to know. They usually run a Phase 1 during down months. December is the down month so it makes sense. They could do whatever they want in January. At this point it's too early to tell.

Phase 1 is random. not everyone gets notified or attends the training. maybe they know you don't need it. lol

I got notified for phase 1 a few months before I got promoted, I was not in the next class after it.

I was never notified for phase 1 and I'm in the November BMOC. It means absolutely nothing.
