Big news....my boss just sent me an email from the SBA...in it is says that the jobs course of action will be to promote those on the list "proceed with promotions unless stopped by the courts" it also says that it has found some problems with some sgts and those sgts will not be promoted....it ends by reminding them that they are on probation for 1 year after promotion so basically saying we are gonna promote you but if the investigation leads us to you back you go....I'm passing this along because I think it's wonderful news, keep the ball rolling good luck to everyone

Hey idiot you are stuck in your Pct because they are not promoting sgts to LT because of the lawsuit....so now that this is getting resolved guess what smart guy....sgts will get promoted to LT and there will be a need for SGts effectively moving you closer to leaving ur PCt you fool....geez use ur head
