I really feel like question 106 is our best chance to win in court.  DCAS broke their own rules and drew the correct answer from after the cutoff date.  Anyone interested in joining the lawsuit?

Instead of a lawsuit of one question only ...A lawsuit of many issues could be filed where once of the clause could be question 106..... Issues like giving a total separate exam to people taking it afterwards , other questions not listed on noe etc
