I'm currently signed up for both THE KEY and RISINGSTAR.
Would like some of your input in regards to the KEY. Is it worth having both or should I just stick with one?
You need to do both and if you can get at least the practice questions from Elite do them too. Rising Star is great, but it's also very helpful to go to a live class and you need practice questions from multiple places to test your knowledge.
So stick with both, most importantly study hard. If you haven't at least started yet you're already behind. You don't have to go nuts at this point (though I know guys who are), but you should be doing at least an hour or two a day, more if you can.
Good luck, if you study you'll probably pass, if you don't you probably won't. That's the secret, that's it.
The Key is a good class. Best advice, stay on track, do not fall behind, attend all classes, go over every packet, and manage your time well every week with a new packet. Do the questions at the end of each packet, recognize what you answered wrong & why? It'll stick after....Use Rising Stars Questions and or packets as reenforcement.......I'm all for the more material the better...but what I've seen others do is overkill with so much material from so many different places but not honing in on specific material & mastering such material. I passed the 2013 exam, first time eligible, first time taker, with an 84 and I put in the work. You can do it!
