Quick question for anyone who knows... I'm currently restricted due to a medical condition. How long before Jan 4 do I need to go full duty to be included in the BMOC? Don't think I can make it... But just wondering anyway.
Thanks.

I also called the dcas automated line and it said I am on 'outstanding certification'. I'm number 16*. So I won't make the January class, but most likely the one after that. I know 'seamus' posed the same question. If anyone has any insight as to what the means it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, and merry Christmas.
Just called the DCAS and received the same info that my name is "currently on an outstanding certification", made the research and this is what I've found online in regards to it - "Outstanding Certification means: Your credentials and qualifications are under review to deem you eligible for hiring, that means is that when you are on outstanding certification your list number is close to being called soon."
According to dcas "outstanding certification" means that dcas is awaiting for the job to certify the eligibility list and return it to dcas. At that point the automated message would say "not on a outstanding certification". It doesn't really make any sense to me since the job is already promoting off the list.
