Can a GO15 hold you back ?

What's up guys. I know cds have to be adjudicated and before promotion and charges will hold you up but what about if I was go 15 couple years back will that affect anything ? Does it matter if I was witness or subject also.. thank you.

If your currently under investigation your not going to get promoted.

An old GO will not effect you. I was GO a few weeks before promotion as a witness and it did not effect me.

Only time you will be held up is for an active investigation or charges are pending.
