2011 Sgt list good until April 2016. It expires upon completion of four years from the date of first promotion. So no one is dying unless it is completely exhausted, then pass-overs will die on list with last person's promotion.

No one cares about the 2011 list at this point. I think the guys from the 2013 list are anxiously waiting for their list to start. It's been longggggg overdue for us 2013 list people.
