are we still able to protest via mail? I had protested the Cims question for a certain reason but did not provide any backup material. Does anyone still plan on protesting that question? If someone plans on protesting i could give you my reasons as well.

Outside of the often stated reason of quoting the wrong procedure I believe there is an even stronger arguement to have it thrown out, but when I attended the protest I had signed the section saying I did not plan on submitting any mail in protests. I thought that would proclude me from mailing any in. But I will try nonetheless. Thanks
