No doggie..I think they wanted to fool ppl. But not realizing the way they worded the choice ended up conflicting with their own answer choice. I personally would never had gone there if I ever was to write a test bc it can easily be seen as a conflict if not worded properly. Again...the more tricky you try to make these tests the more you are going to conflict wth the guide IMHO
