2013 list is pretty big considering so many people didn't finish the test, if it wasn't for that curveball from dcas it would've probably been around same size as our list. I also noticed some people from our list on the new list.
The 2006 list say almost a year waiting for the dept to promote off the 2003.
This is simply not true. The 2006 was given in January of 2006, the list was established around October 2006 and classes began the same month killing the December 2003 list which still had about 600 names on it.
But the 2009 list came out and was held for about a year while the 2008 finished up. Keep in mind the 2008 list had less than 800 people total and the 2009 list had less than 900 people.
I am not saying I know what is going to happen, but the 2011 has a long way to go to finish, it probably would take well over a year to finish it. Could they hold the 2013 for over a year? Sure, they did it fairly recently for the 2009 list waiting about a year for the 2008 list to finish. But the 2006 exam started promotions the same month the list came out and killed a similar sized list as the 2011, so who knows?
Ok whatever you say. I figured you would be back around now to Troll. And I know about the 2009 list considering I'm the one who told you about it over a year ago.

Trolling? What did I write that was false? Also I knew about the 2009 exam, just don't know exact dates simply bc I was did not take either the 2008 nor the 2009 exam.
Why is this still a conversation? Everyone on the 2011 list will get made then the 2013 list will start.
It's not really a convo. There's a few trolls that come in. Make a lot of statements. Newer people don't know their trolls believe them and people feel they need to correct them so stupid rumors aren't spread. But I'm actually done feeding into it. Im just aiding it.

Semp the ones that have been on this site know they are trolls and know you are one of the few guys on here that knows what they are talking about and has common sense.
I'm not a troll I'm legitimately wondering how this plays out. I really can't comprehend why DCAS couldn't release this new list in October. If they do exhaust the 2011 list (god willing) the people from the 2013 list will be waiting quite awhile.
Su madre wasn't referring to you. But in regards to your statement. The 2011 list will be done in less than a year. Probably around 11 months based on average. 2013 list really won't be waiting long. Both lists combined are less than 1450 whichequals around 2.8 years of promotion. Normal wait in my opinion.

Just to point out, everything I posted on this board is 100% true while the guy calling me a troll actually posted bad info on this very page, perhaps not intentionally but nonetheless incorrect. I have speculated on a cut list but always wrote that I have no inside info confirming this one way or the other. Just looking at what happened to the December 2003 exam where 1100+ got promoted but 500-600 people including myself died on the list.
The 2011 exam does in fact have a similar sized list as the 2003 exam. 2003 is a really long time ago now and the 70 passing mandate did not exist then, but I came on here just to give the advice if you chose to take it that if you were near the bottom on the 2011 exam it is worth your while to prepare and take the 2013 exam just in case there is a list cut. Now if you passed both exams, you would not feel any anxiety right now and you would be that much better prepared for a possible run at the next Lieutenant's exam whenever that is...
You died on that list because you failed it horribly. To even use that as an example is ridiculous when I'm preTy sure you got a lower score than 65% based on promoted scores off 2003. Not one failed test is on lists any more. 2003 is not a good example at all. The only good example is 2009. And you're a Trolll based on when you post and the kind of posts you post not what they are. You intentionally come on when you're supposedly a supv just to stir the pot. That's what a Troll does.

So is anything I wrote false? Nope. Also I didn't fail it horribly, it was a very difficult exam and I died by just a few names. I mean its apples to oranges, but I would bet money the 2003 exam was far more difficult than the 2011 exam just based on the scores. I didn't take the 2011 exam, but the consensus is that it was the exam to take, not easy, none are, but just much more straightforward and fair exam.
If you talk to anyone that took the last 3 captains exams, the last lt exam, the last sgt exam, DCAS lately has been throwing some stinkers out there lately.
You still got a failing score by any standard and that's why they cut lists. It's ridiculous guys even complain about getting cut with below 65's. You didn't pass. You didn't deserve the promotion. Say what you want about 2011 but the fact is every one on that list did better than you did on 2003 And actually passed by any standard.

Dude just stop your non sense. What do you care if it gets cut or if it's made ?

Maybe you are right, I didn't deserve the promotion at that time, but I probably had a better list # than you on a different exam. In other words I probably ranked better than you compared to how many people were on the list or took the test and had a better percentile. It didn't matter, I didn't get promoted bc I wasn't good enough for that list. But guess what? Your superior score on the 2011 exam to my bad score on the 2003 exam might or might not matter, that remains to be seen.
Point is I think you would lying if you said that you are not at all concerned the 2013 list came out already with so many left on the current list. Maybe everyone does get made off the 2011 list, maybe it goes on for another year or more, but you cannot tell me honestly you are not at all worried at the moment.
I don't care what your "list" number was. You failed. That's like saying if they had list number 933 on this new list he's better than my list with a failure Of a 69. lol. Your argument is silly and very Trollish. I'm done responding to you.

The 2003 test did not have the passing grade 70 in effect. The 2006 test was the first test you needed a certain grade to pass. Since they implemented the 70 as a passing grade NOBODY has ever died on a sgt list

I'm aware but a 65 is a 65 in any scholastic environment.
I really don't think this list is going to get cut short if you passed you deserve to get promoted. I'm thinking by march everyone here should be a boss. Then comes 2013 list at mid 400! Super excited to be on a list I'm at 6 years by 8 years I hopefully will be promoted not to bad :)
I'm definitely not a troll. Before the 2013 list came out I was thinking (with no ITK info) that there was about 0.5% chance of the 2011 list being cut. That was based mostly on the going idea that the 2013 list was going to be very, very small.
Now that the 2013 list is out, it's pretty big compared to what most people were thinking. That alone has raised the chance of the 2011 list being cut, in my own thinking, to about 4 or 5%. Still very unlikely, but I'd be squirming a bit if I were low on the 2011 list.
Again, just my thoughts, not attempting to stir the pot in any way.
Brat put a forum topic in the 2013 section saying the list is good by her professional opinion. Honestly that's the only opinion I need. And Wingnut why are you even on this board, not that you can't post here but aren't you on the 2013 list. Did you make that list because I know you said you didn't make the 2011 test.

Sorry for whoever is on the end of the 2011 list but I have good word it will be cut. Remember I'm the one who told you all the scores were being released when they were.
