Endorse and forward copy of Handgun Computer Printout to Commanding Officer, Firearms and Tactics Section, by ________________, indicating:

a) inspection of all listed weapons

b) Comparison with Force Record

c) any changes to update Computerized Firearms Register

d) if no changes, so state
